Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy At Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, please review our policy below. 🔹 Deposits & Payments A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit applies whether you book online, in person, or over the phone. The remaining balance will be paid in person at the time of your appointment. We do not store or keep card or banking information. Payments are only used for deposits. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 🔹 Rescheduling If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. If you request to reschedule on the same day, your deposit will still apply, but if you do not show up or try to reschedule after your appointment time has passed, your deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
